Loneliness – My view
How does loneliness affect you? Is it me or everyone else?
“We are all so much together, but we are all dying of loneliness.”
I have been thinking of being lonely recently and I found myself going round and round in circles in a Chicken or Egg fashion. Does depression cause behaviours that make you lonely or the other way round? Can you be lonely and not depressed? The answer that I came to was it doesn’t matter. The important thing to recognise is that it is a real problem and another weight tied to your Sponge Bob shaped helium filled happiness balloon.

Most of my clients express feelings of loneliness at times to a greater or lesser extent. The good news is that by using hypnotic techniques and by emptying the stress bucket, confidence and self esteem can return that helps people to make connections and feel more connected with people and feeling of loneliness subside.
