I changed career and moved into hypnotherapy as I get motivated by watching and supporting my clients achieve the results they want.
Before I was a hypnotherapist I served in the British Army for 14 years. In my previous roles as an Army Officer I coached and led soldiers under my care through some difficult times and also through times of great achievement and personal growth. I saw the transformation of people from uncertain Pte soldiers to capable and confident leaders. I learned many lessons about leadership, motivation and personal change in my time in the forces, and I take those lessons and apply them to my therapy sessions with you.
When you come to see me, our focus is to move on and look to the future, achieve in the future. The mistakes of the past aren’t brought into the now and carried over to weigh us down. We will start small, make marginal gains to start off with then make greater and greater strides as we build momentum and create the life that you want to live.
